Before my check-in, I was concerned about my plan to stay for one month. If I had another option, I would have canceled my reservations based on Google reviews. I am glad I didn't. Woodspring Suites in Round Rock is great if you need temporary housing. The manager runs a clean establishment. The employees are kind and respectful. Every person I have met who is staying here is mostly respectful. It is quiet at night. They beds are comfortable. There have been a few days when the smell on my floor was atrocious, but other than that, I have been very happy with my stay.
Denise front desk is amazingly nice, informative, and professional. Denise made my check in so easy and explained all information clearly. She is really good at her job, efficient, and very csr oriented.

New motel not even 1 year old yet! Staff is cool, manager or owner is a real stiff neck. My room had empty water bottles and cheerios under the bed, hair in the bath tub. So I requested fresh sheets and changed bed myself. Such a new place but in nice part of town. They kind of run it like it's in a downtown district with the homeless. But yet I still enjoyed my stay!
My daughter and I stayed there for a few months. The staff was always nice to me and my daughter. Very accommodating. San the manager always had a good morning and get you some rest convo for me. Very nice people.
Newer hotel. It is pet friendly at our time of stay. We had a larger kitchenette room. Everything worked as it should. Beds are a little firm, but no big deal. Staff was friendly but it took awhile to get extra towels and we had to go across the street to CVS to get shampoo. The hotel is in a decent location, but it was very busy. Overall it was a good stay.
We arrived and were greeted by Elisa, who got us checked in fast and was very pleasant. We had a problem with our room, but thanks to Elisa, everything was taken care of right away. Location has everything around it. Large spacious room. We are very happy.
